I really appreciate that they’re still open after work. I’m usually rushing around trying to get things done, so being able to stop by later without stressing about the time is a huge help

I paid online and the whole process was quick and straightforward for me. I didn’t run into any real issues, though the receipt did take a little while to show up after I finished.

Had a damage issue. Not ideal. But they handled it without a fight. Got back to me quick too. They made it right, and I really appreciated that

I use it mostly when I’m short on time, and to be fair, it’s quick and easy to get through. The line can move a little oddly sometimes, and every now and then the wash feels a bit rushed, but overall it’s decent if convenience is what you’re after.

Overall, the car wash was clean and seemed well taken care of. The floors and waiting area looked nice, and it didn’t feel messy or gross at all. Just a heads up though, it was a little busy when I went, and the trash bin was getting full. Not a huge deal, but if you’re in a hurry or don’t like crowds, you might want to go during a slower time...

To be fair, the staff were polite and the overall experience wasn’t bad. They just seemed a bit rushed, and I had to ask twice to get clear info about my plan. I think it would’ve been better if they took a little more time to help, but it wasn’t a terrible experience

I actually appreciate that Crew Carwash doesn’t try to stay open when the weather is clearly bad. I’ve checked their closure info a few times before leaving the house, and it’s been accurate, which is nice because I really don’t want to drive over there for nothing. That’s the kind of thing that annoys me, making a trip just to find out a place is closed, and thankfully that hasn’t happened.
It might not seem like a big deal, but in winter it really does matter. Bad roads are already frustrating enough, and guessing whether they’re open just makes it more frustrating. I’m glad they seem to pay attention to safety instead of leaving people wondering, because nobody wants that extra hassle.

I’ve been here a few times now and, it’s been consistent each visit. The wash is always decent, the service feels about the same every time, and I haven’t really had any major issues. Just a solid, easy place to go when I need the car cleaned

I’ve had the Crew Carwash membership for a few months now, i use it way more than I expected. It’s nice to just pull in, scan, and go through without having to deal with paying every single time. My car usually comes out looking clean, and the staff is friendly enough, which is more than I can say for a lot of places like this. Definitely convenient, especially with all the road salt around here.

I stopped by for a quick wash thinking it would be an easy in-and-out, but the whole experience felt more stressful than it needed to be. The wash itself was fine, nothing really to complain about there. The problem was getting into the place in the first place. The entrance comes up so fast that I almost missed it, and by the time I was done, trying to merge back into traffic was another headache. I left with a cleaner car, but also wondering if it was worth the hassle. I’d probably only go again if I was already right nearby.

They do have a vacuum available, which is nice, but the waiting area feels a bit lacking. I can’t totally put my finger on it, but something feels off, like it could use a few more basic comforts or things to make the wait better...

I stopped by Crew Carwash mostly because my floor mats were looking rough from all the rain and dirt lately. They were Gross enough that I was starting to notice them every time I got in the car.
The guy took them and cleaned them up super quick, and when I got them back they looked almost new. I wasn’t expecting much, so I was definitely surprised in a good Way. It didn’t take long either, which I really appreciated.

It’s such a simple thing, but clean floor mats made the whole car feel fresher. Really happy with how it turned out, and I’ll for sure be back

Pretty good wash overall. Got most of the dirt off and the car looked nice afterward. Missed a couple spots near the back, but wasn’t too bad

I use the app regularly to check my plan and scan in, and it’s been smooth for me. It loads fast, it’s simple to figure out, and I haven’t run into any problems so far. To be fair, I’m mostly using the basic features, but for what I need, it does the job well.

The conveyor was really smooth, and the guy there explained exactly when to stop and shift into neutral. that made a difference. No weird bumps, no feeling rushed... I felt safe the whole time.

I thought from the sound of it that it might be one of those weaker vacuums, but I was wrong. It picked up all the crumbs really fast and made the cleanup super easy.

I went through Crew Carwash and later realized a small item was missing from my car. I called the location, and to be fair, they did look around and were polite about it. It just took a couple days to really hear anything back, which was a little frustrating. The item never did turn up. The wash itself was fine, no issue there, but the whole lost item process could definitely be a little better.
